Le Manoir Dining Room
A French- Mauritian restaurant reflecting the decor and personalised service of a stately home’s private dining room, Le Manoir Dining Room reveals the meaningful traditions of this inspiring island. The island’s culinary traditions are adapted to create modern interpretations and reflect the flavour of Mauritius as a centre for cuisine in the Indian Ocean. Exotic Creole flavours and classic French cooking styles present a subtle immersion into true Mauritian hospitality.

The Boathouse Bar & Grill
The Boathouse Bar is an elegant beachside bar infused with the energy of the island. Fresh juices and light fare options lend a healthy edge to fuel the sporting excesses of the adrenaline addicted. Guests flock to enjoy the unparalleled beauty of the Mauritian sunset, champagne and great company add to the perfection of the moment. The Boathouse Grill is the perfect and elegant beachside gourmet experience. Vintage champagnes sparkle next to platters of oysters and grilled prawns. Romantic dinners and dancing in the sunset create special memories. The mood in the evening is elegant and romantic with incredible lighting showing the restaurant to its best effect.

Floating Market
A cross-section of South East Asian Food, Floating Market is a revolution in Asian-inspired food. Thai, Malay and Vietnamese dishes combine to infuse evocative aromas, tastes and colours. A premium dining experience one cannot afford to miss, Floating Market is a trendy, modern restaurant that reflects Asia’s inspired light and healthy cooking.

Atsuko presents the hallmark of Far Eastern fare. Under the guidance of the resort’s Vietnamese chef, this unique restaurant presents fresh and inspired Japanese cuisine: classic favourites reworked and improved, including Teriyaki, Sashimi, Robatayaki and Yakitori, as well as fresh seafood, meats and vegetables, prepared with the greatest attention to detail and offering a mouth-wateringly memorable dining experience in the most exquisite surroundings. The name “Atsuko” is synonymous with feelings of calm, serenity and warmth.

The 1904 Bar
Rare and refined, The 1904 Bar brings us to the inception of the St. Regis legacy and the original construction of the Manor House. The continuation of the colonial theme leads us into the classic main bar of the resort with its signature St. Regis mural painting. At night the bar is full of flavoured cocktails, decadent bar snacks and noteworthy live entertainment to set the scene as the lifeblood and social hub of the resort. During the day, it remains a quiet haven of relaxation. The focus here is of excellence, in spirits and vintage whiskeys. The main resort bar takes us back to the turn of the last century offering a unique version of the legendary Bloody Mary, created 75 years ago at the St. Regis New York and its local interpretation, La Belle Creole Mary, which will be accompanied by tempting mini-dishes. The superb wine cellar is a subtle testimony of the great taste of the landlord and his passion for quality and authenticity. The extraordinary selection will astound connoisseurs and reflects the innate partnership between culinary excellence and the world’s greatest vineyards.
